Phoenix Rising

Auburn, Washington

The Phoenix Rising project consists of the construction of two residential buildings and one common building for Valley Cities Counseling and Consultation. The two residential facilities consist of a total of twenty-four apartments and living room space, while the Common Building is set up to mimic a commercial kitchen. The Phoenix Rising facility will provide a stable living environment and job training to homeless youth between the ages of 18-24.

Muckleshoot indian tribe Smokehouse

Auburn, Washington

Construction of this facility took place over eleven months. The complete structure contains a fully appointed kitchen and outdoor cooking area, a dining hall with a capacity to seat 250 people, and a large ceremony room that seats 500.

Woodinville, Washington

The Wellington Hills Retaining Wall project consisted of the restructure and repair of a 1,200 foot long, 24 foot high fabricate reinforced ecology block retaining wall.

The complete renovation of the existing 20,000 square foot clubhouse, new constructed 9,000 square foot pro-shop and associated site work.
