Primus Tenant Improvement (Building A)—Part of the Wellington Hills Business Campus, Building A was designed and built for Primus Manufacturing with a total of 102,874 SF of manufacturing and office space.  This design-build tenant improvement required the design, installation, and relocation of all electrical and mechanical components from their existing facility as well as all newly acquired equipment.

Rainier View Industrial Park

DS&T-Building A - This 25,497 SF concrete tilt up industrial building was subdivided into 6 condominium units. 

Gensco-Building B - A 37,669 SF concrete tilt up. Includes 2,980 SF mezzanine space & 6,980 SF custom designed office/showroom space. 

Orca Pacific-Building C - A 19,600 SF concrete tilt up. Includes 1,600 SF mezzanine space & 3,200 SF custom designed office space.

Romac Industries—Romac moved their Corporate offices and foundry from a downtown Seattle location to an existing warehouse they purchased in Bothell, Washington.  New Corporate offices were added inside the building and the warehouse was converted to a foundry and manufacturing facility.
