Classic Helicopters—32,000 SF of construction for a hanger and new office on the King Country Municipal Air Field (Boeing Field). Work was organized around congested air traffice flows and costly existing equipment.

Jonas Jensen Fremont Studios — Located in Seattle, Washington, this 50,000 SF world class soundstage facility was originally a dog food production plant that was transformed into a state of the art studio designed for many types of production.

Meridian Valley Country Club & Pro Shop—This project consisted of the complete renovation of the existing 20,000 SF clubhouse, new constructed 9,000 SF Proshop and associated site work.

Muckleshoot Water Treatment Facility - This 10,841 SF building was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building system. The exterior of the building consists of metal siding and roofing with CMU and a decorative wall cap up to 4’-4”. This building has 4,661 SF of office space, which will be used for operators and Public Works employees, and 6,180 SF of water treatment area that will be used to process millions of gallons of water per year.
