Tacoma Mall Blvd.—Originally desigend in 2006 to be constructed of steel framing, stucco, metal cladding and tilt up panels. We value-engineered the stucco out of the project and replaced it with additional tilt up panels. By doing this, we were able to save the owner a significant amount of cost while providing a better end product.
