History
Donovan Brothers has been in business since 1988, specializing in
concrete construction, stick frame buildings and heavy framing.
Donovan Brothers continues to maintain its steady growth in
commercial projects. In addition to new building, such as office,
industrial and retail, this includes a continued focus on commercial
remodeling and tenant improvement.
We have achieved this growth despite the tight construction market through a
hands-on management style and an ability to attract the support of high quality
subcontractors.
Our company has expanded from small tenant improvement jobs in the early years
to complete ‘turn-key’ building facilities while maintaining a consistent
workload without major peaks or valleys.
Projects have been completed for such nationally prominent companies and
agencies as Federal Express, Boeing, Dictaphone, Panasonic, Expeditors
International and Oak Harbor Freight Lines.
Darrell Donovan also attributes much of the company’s success to “old fashioned
business practices” to which many companies give lip service, but few implement
as day-to-day business practices. An officer of the local chapter of the Rotary
International, Donovan says that he applies the Rotary’s ‘four-way-test’ to
every business action he takes. “Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned?
Will it build good will and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all
concerned?”
Our commitment to each project gives our clients the type of service they have
grown to depend on.
We maintain exceptionally high control over the construction. This control
includes quality workmanship and highest value possible for every dollar
invested in the project.
With Donovan Brothers on your team you get the personal attention and commitment
it takes to have a successful project from start to finish.
